Sole "chaussons"

Ingredients for 6 people:

6 sole fillets - 180 g chopped truffles - 1 puff pastry -

salt - pepper - 1 port sauce with truffles

 

So that's easy to do, just spread the sole fillets

with the chopped truffles.

Salt and pepper.

Form with the puff pastry of the "chaussons", barely gild them with egg,

and put it in the hot oven as is!

The softness will come from the juice of the truffles and the sole inside the "chaussons".

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

For service, place these chaussons in the center of a beautiful plate

and surround with port sauce with truffles (see recipe).
