Ingredients per person:
100 g raw Scottish salmon - 40 g truffles - 3 Bouzigues oysters -
1 lemon - a bunch of chives
Chop the salmon carefully but finely with a knife.
Chop the truffles less finely.
chop the oysters after draining and lemonizing them.
Make a nest with the salmon.
Arrange the truffles and oysters in the center, spike the presentation
of chives sticks.
Turn off the lights and enjoy without further delay.
