Salad of scallops

Ingredients for 2 people:

6 fresh scallops - 24 slices of truffles

 

Finely "scallop" the scallops.

Arrange them in a crown on both plates, interspersed with

the truffle strips.

Salt and pepper.

Heat slightly to warm up the mixture.

Then drizzle with a lemon juice and olive oil vinaigrette.
